“We owe a lot to Wendy's training style. Not only has she made having and managing a 70 pound Labrador puppy a joy but her program has made us better dog owners.”...Tom, Cindy and Nathan Suttle, Medford, Oregon

Have a new puppy?

Consider scheduling a private New Puppy Consultation to get off to the right start with your new puppy. Topics can include house training, chew toy options, sleeping through the night without whining (that goes for both humans and puppies!).

At our appointment:  You will be asked to provide details about your dog's history and current habits in order to form an accurate representation of the issues we will be working on. During the evaluation, Wendy will work one-on-one with your dog, if appropriate, and then work with you to develop a plan to reach your training goals and/or to prevent, treat and manage problem situations. She may ask to consult with your veterinarian to insure that any physical aspects of your dog's behavior are being considered and treated. Many training goals and behavior problems require more than one session. Often, several sessions are necessary for success.

Initial appointments: First appointments generally last about one and a half to two hours, with most follow- up appointments  an hour in length. Appointments are held at our office in Suite G at The Shoppes at Exit 24 in Phoenix (205 Fern Valley Rd, near McDonald's and Bass and Van Heusen) or in your home. See Map. Our fee is $60 per hour. An extra trip fee applies if the appointment is held in your home.

To book an appointment:Please call the office during working hours, Monday through Friday (Pacific Time), at (541) 779-0655.

Wendy wishes she could guarantee that your dog's problem behavior will be completely resolved after our private sessions, but such a claim is not responsible or realistic. Your pet’s response to treatment depends upon many components such as hereditary factors, puppy-hood experiences, current circumstances, and the amount of time you dedicate to changing your dog’s behavior. Such a kaleidoscope of factors makes it impossible to accurately guess how any one dog will respond, but Wendy is committed to doing all that she can to maximize your chance for success.
