Benefits of Group Dog Training Classes:

• Socialization... Research has shown that dogs who are well-socialized learn more quickly and have superior knowledge retention than dogs with limited socialization. Well-socialized dogs are less likely to bite as they mature and are calmer around people and other dogs. The effects of socialization are maximized when your puppy is under 12 weeks old, but is of benefit at any age. 
• Enhanced training opportunities... It is relatively easy to train your dog in the peaceful surroundings of your own home. However, skills learned in such a quiet atmosphere are likely to fail in the face of strong distractions. The rich environment of a group class provides your dog the necessary challenges that will translate into a well-trained dog.
• Cost...When considered on an hourly basis, group classes cost less than working privately.
